Inner Child Speak

Everyone has an Inner Child, no matter your age, gender or background. Most inner children present themselves as “the ego” we all try so hard to avoid. This doesn’t have to be the case! Most likely, those inner children just want to be heard, seen and loved. Just like their adult counterparts! In this class, we will explore the importance of listening to your inner child. Often, as we grow older, we may become disconnected from the innocent, curious, and playful part of ourselves. This can lead to feelings of disconnection, unhappiness, and unfulfillment. 

By reconnecting with our inner child, we can tap into a source of joy, creativity, and intuition that can help guide us towards our true purpose and passions. Through various exercises and discussions, we will learn how to identify and nurture our inner child, and how to listen to its wisdom and guidance. We will also explore how to heal the past wounds and traumas that have silenced or suppressed our love and joy for life through our inner child's voice. By the end of this class, you will have a deeper understanding of the value of your inner child and how to access its power to heal and live a more fulfilling and authentic life.
