  • Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection and sufficient storage space on your device before downloading any digital products.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their device is compatible with the digital products before purchasing.

  • Once the digital products have been downloaded, refunds cannot be provided unless there is a technical issue with the product that cannot be resolved.
