Living by the Moon

A fan favorite! Have you ever felt a desire to live in a way that fulfilled your body, mind, and soul instead of the way you were told to live? Are you a night owl or an early bird? Do you have food sensitivities? Are there some weeks you just can’t seem to get anything done and other weeks where you get so much done you think you could single handedly run the world? Well, all of these and so much more are because we fight our body’s natural cycles. In this class we will explore the ancient practice of connecting with the cycles of the moon to enhance our spiritual growth as well as or physical , mental and emotional well-being. The moon has long been revered as a symbol of feminine energy, intuition, and emotional intelligence. 

We will delve into the different phases of the moon and how they relate to various aspects of our lives, including our moods, energy levels, and creativity. Through guided meditations and rituals, we will learn how to attune ourselves to the natural rhythms of the moon and how to harness its power to manifest our desires and release what no longer serves us. By the end of this class, you will have a deeper understanding of the moon's influence on our lives and how to incorporate lunar wisdom into your daily practice. You may also feel more connected to your intuition and the natural world around you, and find that you have a greater sense of balance and harmony in your life.
